Through the Young Writers program, students were invited to explore the world of crime and mystery by responding to the creative writing prompt 鈥淯nsolved.鈥 Each student crafted a 鈥渕ini saga鈥 鈥 a complete story told in just 100 words 鈥 challenging them to think critically, write creatively, and captivate their audience in a limited space.
From choosing unique perspectives like suspects, witnesses, or forensic scientists, to deciding whether to solve the mystery or leave readers on the edge of their seats, our students truly embraced the art of storytelling.
We are excited to announce that four Summit Academy students have been selected for publication in Unsolved: Deceptive Tales, scheduled for release on April 25, 2026! ![]()
Congratulations to Corbin M., Evan B., Justin I., and Zayvious H. on this incredible accomplishment. Your hard work, imagination, and dedication have earned you a place as published authors 鈥 we couldn鈥檛 be more proud!
